Prior to moving to Scottsdale in 2001, Ray spent a business career rising to executive positions primarily in technology companies in southern California. Currently, he serves small to med-size businesses as a business consultant and President, Torres & Associates, LLC. Ray also works with a telecom provider offering VoIP systems to the medical community. Mr. Torres earned his MBA degree at PepperdineUniversity and Bachelor of Science degree at Arizona State University. He is also a graduate of Stanford University, Executive Development program. Further, he has taught MBA courses for University of LaVerne and University of Phoenix. |

Laura Knaperek is an Arizona Republican official first elected as a State Legislator in 1994. Laura served as the Appropriations chair in the AZ House and was known as an expert in children and family issues. After serving 10 years in the House, Laura established her own consulting firm and is the Executive Director of a family advocacy organization. |

After graduating from Oregon State University and later from Pacific Coast Banking School in Washington, Mike spent thirty-five years in the banking industry with national and regional banks working with small and mid-market businesses. He is a member of the Board and Executive Committee of Scottsdale Area Chamber of Commerce, as well as Chair of the Public Policy Advisory Committee. He is a 2002 graduate of Scottsdale Leadership. Mike resides in Scottsdale. |

Dan Kelleher has worked for American Water for more than 36 years and has held a number of leadership and executive positions. During his career, Dan has been an active participant and held leadership positions in several business, environmental and civic organizations. Those include Chairman of the New Jersey Pinelands Commission, Chairman of the United Way of Camden County (NJ), and Vice-Chair of the Rowan University Foundation Board of Directors. He has also been a Director of the National Association of Water Companies and Water for People. |

Mark Killian is a long time Mesa resident and well respected member of the Mesa community with many accomplishments. Mark is a licensed Arizona Real Estate Broker. Sunny Mesa, Inc., and the Killian Company are wholly owned family companies that specialize in Real Estate development, sales, and management. He has served the State of Arizona as former Director of the Arizona Department of Revenue; as an elected official in the AZ House of Representatives for 14 years as Majority Leader and Speaker of the House; and as Chairman of the Ways and Means Committee and Public Institutions Committee. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Northern Trust Bank Arizona. |

Lori Kelin has been on the cutting edge of fund raising for issues, initiatives, and non-profit organizations for over 15 years. Her firm has been responsible for raising substantial funds from leading corporations and individuals for issues such as Eminent Domain. In 2006, Ms. Klein was executive director/director of development for a high profile and controversial Arizona ballot Proposition 207 that provided protection to private property owners from government takings by regulation and eminent domain. This was overwhelmingly passed by 65% of the voters of Arizona under Ms. Klein's leadership and demonstrated fundraising skills. Mc. Klein worked on several Presidential campaigns and was a lobbyist for the American Land Development Association which is now ARDA from 1980 until 1984. She later was a director of public relations at the Washington Times from 1984-1988. Ms. Klein sits on the board of the Arizona Federation of Taxpayers, Arizonans in Action, and Gotham Legal Foundation. She was former Executive Director and was also on the Advisory Board for Arizona School Choice Trust. |

Ted Downing brings diversity to the Board of the ORANGE Coalition. In addition to serving in the private sector, first as President and Owner, Q5 Inc, then Consultant, he is currently Research Professor of Social Development and Director of the Social Development Division, Arizona Research Laboratories. He was also elected as Arizona House of Representatives, elected 2 terms, 2003-2006. Ted serves as President, International Network on Displacement and Resettlement INDR and founder. He earned a PhD in Social Anthropology and Masters in Art, Stanford University. Ted was awarded Fulbright in 1983, an Academic Program Specialist on Micro-Computer uses in social sciences, and he used the award to teach indigenous peoples in Oaxaca computer technologies. |

He is a Scottsdale attorney and consultant. He managed the Washington, D.C. office of Triadvocates, an Arizona-based public affairs firm. Prior to opening that office in 2004, Jim served as special counsel to the law firm of Jones Walker, where he developed a successful government relations and federal appropriations practice. He also served as clerk and staff director of the Subcommittee on Energy and Water Development of the U.S. House Appropriations Committee; and worked as staff counsel to minority members of the U.S. House Appropriations Committee, with responsibility for the Subcommittees on Energy and Water Development; Veterans Affairs, Housing and Urban Development and Independent Agencies; Transportation; and Treasury, Postal Service and General Government. Jim Ogsbury is a graduate of Harvard College and the Arizona State University College of Law. The founder of the State Society of Arizona, he is currently a member of the State Bar of Arizona and the Scottsdale Rotary Club. |
